Did the digital artifact—the flower, the poem, the song—resonate with the reality on the ground? Or was the #Safety tag attached to a piece of content originating from a sterile, empty plaza, a place where people were afraid to go?

She released the tool anonymously into the network. It was not a weapon. It was a lens. It was a way for the citizens to see not just the message, but the reality behind it. It was a gamble.
