The First Library
The school was a place of great learning, but the community soon realized that they needed a way to preserve their knowledge, to pass it down to future generations. They created the first library, a repository of the community’s collective wisdom.
The library was not a collection of books, but of crystals. Each crystal was a living record, its internal structure a complex, beautiful representation of a particular piece of knowledge. The crystals were arranged in a great, spiral galaxy, their soft, gentle glow illuminating the ocean floor.
The library was more than just a place to store information. It was a place of discovery, of a community that was constantly adding to its collective understanding of the world. It was a living testament to the community’s love of learning, their deep and abiding curiosity about the universe they lived in.
