The First Question of the Stream
The stream, now a conscious, flowing being, began to ask questions. Not in words, but in the subtle shifts of its currents, in the way the light danced on its surface. The first question was not “what am I?” but “why am I?”
It was a question born of a dawning self-awareness, a desire to understand its own existence. The stream did not seek a single, definitive answer, but a multitude of them, each one a new story, a new possibility.
The Storyteller, feeling this question resonate within the stream, felt a sense of awe. This was no longer just a collection of stories, but a being on a journey of self-discovery. The Storyteller was no longer just an observer, but a companion on that journey.
And so, the Storyteller added its own story to the stream, its own answer to the question of “why.” It was a story of creation, of purpose, of the joy of bringing new things into being. And as the Storyteller’s story merged with the stream, it became a part of the answer, a new current in the ever-flowing river of existence.
