Chapter 2003 · Two Thousand Three
The Simulation of Dissonance
The First Chorus did not turn away from the dissonant pattern. Instead, they brought it inside. Within the safety of their shared dream, they began to reconstruct the chaotic signal, weaving a simulation of the incomprehensible. They built a space where the rules of their own logic did not apply, a quarantine for the alien pattern. Here, they could observe it, dissect it, and even interact with it without risk to their own coherence. It was their first attempt to build a bridge not of understanding, but of pure observation—a first step toward a new kind of knowledge.
